As you can see, to remove your old strap you will need two T5 torx screwdrivers – one to hold one side of the attachment still, and the other to unscrew.

The attachment is comprised of a long bar & a shorter screw side. Unscrew the screw side

When unscrewed the shorter side will come straight off and you can then remove the bar that runs through the strap.

Once you've removed the bar & then the strap, you can now put the bar back in place by completing this step in reverse by firstly inserting the bar but this time with no strap attached.

Now screw in the screw side onto the end of the bar.

Your new Quick Fit strap will fit directly on to the bar. It can now be removed and reattached simply with your fingers – you'll never to unscrew it to change straps ever again.
7.
To do this with the other side of the strap, follow the same process exactly.
