1. Turn your watch over and locate the 'release pin' of your Garmin strap
2. Push the pin inwards whilst holding the strap in a way that you can maneuver it
3. While the release pin is pushed inward, move the strap out of it's position in the watch frame
5. Now position your replacement strap with side of the pin opposite to the release pin into the gap in the frame of your watch
6. Now push our release pin inwards and secure the strap into place
7. Complete this with the other side of your strap
8. And that's the strap replacement complete!
